AZ Humanities Grant

The Pioneers' Cemetery Association was awarded a grant from Arizona Humanities.The grant focuses on women and children in the Pioneer Military and Memorial Park and their stories.  The grant will also fund additional grave marker preservation for markers of these women and children. This year is the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote so the timing of the grant and our project is very timely.
