If he did die on July 18th, there is one man who died that day, was married, and could possibly be him. Ponciano Flores (death cert. says Ponceant, but I think that is a misspelling). Died on that day of gastroenteritis, had been sick for 6 weeks. He was buried in Loosley. There is a Ponciano Flores in Phoenix who was a shoemaker, but he is in the 1900 Census, so that can't be that him. Here's a link to the death cert. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-XCZS-Z3G?personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AFLK9-VTP There were a few other men who died that day, but they were listed as single.
