Irish Ginger Ale and the "Shandy Gaff" (1887)

Irish Rose, No Alcohol

1 oz of cherry or raspberry juice

1 oz of lemon juice 

3 oz of soda water

Stir, and pour over ice.

Shandy Gaff

Use a mug for measurements.  

Pick your favorite Irish ale, or any ale for that matter.  

Fill the mug half full.  Fill the rest of the mug with ginger ale.  

You can use Irish whisky as well.
